1. Introduction and Operating Entity

Welcome to Canine Clasp, an independent online specialty retailer of dog collars, harnesses, and leashes from GoTags, Mendota Pet, and Voyager. This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the website located at canineclasp.shop (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, products, and services offered through the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Cascade Pet Commerce LLC, an independent limited liability company registered in Oregon, United States, with its principal postal address at 2847 Hazelwood Avenue, Portland, OR 97205, United States. Cascade Pet Commerce LLC is the full legal operator and commercial owner of the Canine Clasp storefront and is responsible for all storefront operations, customer contracts, and policy enforcement.

When you make a purchase or use the Site, you are entering into a contract with Cascade Pet Commerce LLC. Throughout this Agreement, references to "Canine Clasp," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Cascade Pet Commerce LLC.

2. Site Use and Eligibility

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Canine Clasp, a Canine Clasp employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to our business interests, other users, or third parties.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may browse the Site without creating an account. To place an order, you may be asked to provide certain information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

If you create an account on the Site, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4. Catalog and Product Information

Canine Clasp is a multi-brand specialty retailer focused on a narrow product category: dog collars, harnesses, and leashes. We carry a curated catalog of products from three established brands: GoTags, Mendota Pet, and Voyager. Our current catalog includes approximately 438 products.

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including product names, descriptions, images, sizes, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy set forth in Section 9.

Please note that Canine Clasp is an independent retailer and is not the official brand store for GoTags, Mendota Pet, or Voyager. We do not claim to be an official brand store or authorized representative of any brand beyond our role as a retailer purchasing from brand-authorized distributors. All brand names, product names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Pricing and Promotion Logic

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time of order placement, except in cases of obvious error.

We work hard to keep our prices competitive. Our operating model is built on several efficiencies, including a direct online store with no physical retail footprint, a compact and curated catalog, and a lean team that handles sourcing, customer service, and operations internally. We purchase from brand-authorized distributors and wholesalers, which allows us to consolidate orders and negotiate volume pricing across a compact range. These efficiencies allow us to offer competitive everyday prices.

Prices may vary across brands because different makers use different materials, construction methods, safety features, and brand positioning. A reflective leash with padded handles, for example, costs more to produce than a basic cotton leash. Promotions also vary by season, stock levels, and supplier programs, so the same item may be discounted at different times.

Promotional Discounts: From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. The current promotional code is CLASP15, which offers 15% off eligible items. To use this offer, apply the code at checkout. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules, and the discount applies only to eligible orders. Promotions are funded from our normal operating margins and, in some cases, supplier cooperative marketing programs. They are not funded by lowering product quality, substituting materials, or shifting costs into shipping.

We do not price-match competitors, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received your order request.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, the same credit card, or the same billing and/or shipping address.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. We do not accept other forms of payment. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. The charge to your payment method will appear as "Canine Clasp" or "Cascade Pet Commerce LLC."

8. Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping options for orders placed on the Site:

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 per order.
• Free Shipping: On orders over $45.00.

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this Return Policy.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. This is the only return duration we honor.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@canineclasp.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. The original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage for products sold on the Site follows the product information and support guidance provided by the product manufacturer. We pass through any manufacturer warranties on the products we sell. For warranty claims, please refer to the warranty information included with your product or contact us for guidance on how to proceed with a manufacturer warranty claim.

Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Every item we sell is 100% genuine and sourced from the brand's authorized supply chain. We never sell factory seconds, damaged goods, or counterfeit replacements. The brand name on the product is the brand that made it.

We buy only from brand-authorized distributors and direct wholesale programs for the brands we carry. We do not use unknown third-party marketplaces, liquidators, or grey-market importers. Each purchase order is documented with the supplier and brand, and we retain those records for audit.

Every product listing is reviewed manually before publication. We compare the item name, brand, model, size range, and images against manufacturer specifications. We correct any discrepancy before the listing goes live, and we re-check listings when a brand updates its catalog. Before an order ships, we inspect the item for visible defects, correct size labeling, working buckles and clips, and intact packaging. Items that fail inspection are set aside and replaced from fresh stock.

If you believe an item is not authentic: If you receive an item you believe is not authentic, please stop using it and contact us immediately. We will investigate using our purchase records. If the item is confirmed not authentic, we will refund the full purchase price and cover reasonable return shipping. If the product was misrepresented by our listing, we also offer a replacement or store credit.

To help us investigate an authenticity concern, please provide:

• Customer name and order number
• Brand, model, and size of the item in question
• Photos of the item, including any logos, labels, and packaging
• Description of why authenticity is in doubt
• Date the item was received

Review process:

• We acknowledge the claim within one business day and assign it to the quality assurance team.
• We compare the claim against our purchase order, supplier invoice, and listing information.
• If needed, we contact the brand or distributor with the item photos and batch identifiers.
• We respond with a determination and any remedy within five business days.
• In cases requiring brand review, we keep the customer updated and complete the review as quickly as the brand allows.

If we make an error, we fix it fully and quickly. If the brand's quality control fails, we stand behind the product and make it right. Our goal is a fair resolution, not a technical loophole.

To help us serve you efficiently, please include your order number or the email address used at checkout, product name and brand, and a description of your question or issue.

Escalation: Issues not resolved within two business days are escalated to the operating manager, who reviews the case and ensures a final response within the next business day.

For legal, privacy, or data-related inquiries, you may contact us at privacy@canineclasp.shop. Matters involving an active legal dispute, subpoena, or regulatory inquiry are escalated to our legal counsel immediately.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Cascade Pet Commerce LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

All product names, brand names, and logos of GoTags, Mendota Pet, and Voyager are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for product identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Canine Clasp.

14. Acceptable Use

In addition to the restrictions set forth in Section 2, you agree not to:

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Site's content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Use the Site to collect personally identifiable information of other users.

15. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We strive to keep the Site available at all times, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the Site, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice.

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE, EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN OUR AUTHENTICITY AND QUALITY COMMITMENT IN SECTION 11 AND TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CASCADE PET COMMERCE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, this Agreement or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site or this Agreement must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update this Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.

The date the Agreement was last revised is identified at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of a revised Agreement means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access the Site so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced or linked from the Site, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cascade Pet Commerce LLC regarding the Site and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

21. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of Canine Clasp to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
